The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include: • Supervising and managing classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment. • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans provided by absent teachers. • Providing support and guidance to students during lessons. • Upholding school policies and procedures. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: • Experience working in a school or educational setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects. • A genuine passion for education and supporting the learning journey of young people.
