What You’ll Be Doing Inspire & Support: Provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping students build resilience, confidence and academic progress. Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, behaviour specialists and support staff to deliver tailored interventions and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Create a Safe Space: Foster a positive, nurturing environment where students feel respected, valued and understood. Empower Growth: Support pupils in developing emotional regulation, coping strategies, social skills and positive learning habits. Track Progress: Monitor behaviour, engagement and academic development, celebrating achievements along the way. Be Creative: Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging, accessible learning activities that inspire students who may not thrive in traditional settings. About You • You are someone who genuinely wants to help young people overcome barriers and achieve their best.
