Our specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Guildford is seeking dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team as soon as possible. Our school provides education for up to 70 students aged 4–11, all referred by local authorities across the South of England. Every pupil has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), with SEMH as their primary identified need. Many of our students also experience additional challenges, including speech, language and communication difficulties, ADHD, oppositional defiance, and attachment disorders.
