Job Title: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant required!
Axcis Education are supporting a mainstream primary rated 'Good' OFSTED school in Rugby, Warwickshire. This school currently has 350 students on roll aged between 3-11 years.
We are currently recruiting for a special educational needs Teaching Assistant to be adaptable to working one-to-one and in small groups.
This is a full-time role on an ongoing basis for the 2024/25 academic year. Being able to work independently and as part of a team is key, to be able to take direction from the teacher and implement planning accurately and effectively. The school is proud to be recognised for their efforts in providing each pupil with the tailored education and care each individual requires. Job details:

• Full time hours (8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday)

Requirements:
• Experience of working with pupils with complex ASD – Essential
• Willingness to learn – Essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required or we’re happy to carry out a new one ahead of you starting the position – Essential
• Minimum of 2 good references – Essential
The daily rate for a SEND Teaching Assistant is between £100-£105.29.
