The school is warm, well-resourced, and committed to providing high-quality education for pupils with diverse and complex needs. We’re looking for a teacher who brings passion, flexibility, and a strong understanding of individualised learning. You’ll be joining a setting where staff work together to ensure every young person receives the support they need to thrive. About the Position: Full-time teaching role (5 days per week) Commencing early December Based within a caring, specialist school environment Designing and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to each pupil Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals What You’ll Need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND Confident behaviour management and effective communication A compassionate, inclusive mindset and commitment to learner-centred teaching Location: Situated in Sonning Common, the school is conveniently accessible by car from Reading.
