Responsibilities Include: • Providing academic support to the lead teacher by assisting in the preparation and delivery of lessons. • Working with small groups or on a one-on-one basis to reinforce learning and aid understanding of the curriculum. • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the lead teacher. • Helping manage classroom resources and ensuring equipment is ready for lessons. • Facilitating a range of educational activities to enhance student engagement. • Supporting students with special education needs by employing tailored learning strategies. • Encouraging students to develop self-confidence and independence. Candidate Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. • Experience working with children or in a teaching environment (desirable but not essential). • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. • A commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to learn new teaching methodologies.
