DETAILS:
Science teacher required in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in the Hodge Hill area of Birmingham for a September start. The school caters for deaf pupils so the ability to use BSL would be an advantage, however not essential. This role is cover for a long term sickness absence and will require a full time teacher who is able to plan, mark and assess student work. The role will initially span for two terms, but could potentially be for longer.
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Able to deliver lessons to pupils with a hearing impairment
- Have QTS status or be an experienced instructor
- Have a Science specialism
- Be organised, flexible and able to work in a team
