Axcis are currently working with a Special ASD school based in Sutton near tooting with excellent transport links. This Special ASD school are looking for a patient, caring and enthusiastic learning support assistant to join their team. This is a huge opportunity for anyone looking to expand on their experience with children with Autism as there is a wide range of pupils at different degrees of the spectrum. Previous ASD experience is essential for this role. In this role you will be involved in assisting 1 to 1 and in a group situation; you will always be supported by a very lovely and already accomplished team. This LSA role will involve assisting both KS3 and KS4.

Your role as a LSA will include:
" Supporting a child 1 to 1
" Supporting pupils in a classroom
" Working with children with various degrees of ASD
" Adapting support according to needs
" Looking after children's physical, social and emotional welfare
" Creating a stimulating environment
What we need:
" Enhanced up to date DBS (or be willing to apply)
" 2 References from most recent roles
" ASD experienced
" Positive attitude
