Axcis Education North Wales is looking for Teaching Assistants or Support Workers to support vital roles within mainstream and special needs schools to support with SEND students. As a TA you will be supporting children with learning difficulties, emotional behavioural difficulties, challenging behaviour, complex needs and or mental health conditions. You will be supporting the teacher and students with daily routine tasks, class room activities and helping to promote social interaction and independence, whilst demonstrating sensitivity, understanding and patience at all times.
As a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for assisting Children either on a 1:1 basis or within a group. You will support individual needs depending on the SEND condition, working with children within the classroom and sometimes other activities during break and lunch times. Providing notes to the teachers, supporting the Teachers lesson plans and working with the child to develop their education.
Axcis Education North Wales is looking for Teaching Assistants or Support Workers to support on a day to day basis as well as long and short term contracts. We are looking for candidates with experience with children with special and additional needs who are reliable and caring candidates and who will ideally be able to support our clients on a regular basis.
This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check, references, EWC registration and compliance by Axcis Education.
