Support Workers - Great Barr/Sutton Coldfield - West Midlands - Role: SEN TA Jobs
Full time ongoing work available. You will be supporting young people with Autism / ASD / ADHD and complex needs.
Physical and vocal, verbal and non-verbal behaviours mean that team-working and co-operation is essential in this exciting and highly rewarding work. Makaton and P.E.C.S. communication are used, and candidates will get a great opportunity to learn these skills, or to practice them.
Enthusiasm, patience and resilience are essential qualities to have in this role. Joining a team here provides excellent benefits to successful candidates including excellent salary, long-term benefits and ongoing supervisions and training.
Candidates will integrate quickly into the team to provide daytime or residential excellent care and support for the pupils and students here, and will gain further training and awareness.
This will suit Care Support workers that would like to gain some experience of working in a school setting in order to build a career in Learning Support, and experienced Residential Support Workers and Seniors alike.
