Are you a sports graduate looking to gain experience in schools?
Are you an experienced sports coach looking to work with SEND children?
We are looking for keen sports graduates and coaches to join our team as teaching assistant supporting children in a school environment.
This is the perfect opportunity to gain experience if you are looking to progress into working as a PE teacher, coach or sports psychologist.
A special provision in Southmead is seeking a TA to support vulnerable pupils across the curriculum, but particularly in games and outdoor activates.
Working hours are flexible (with the potential for full- or part-time) and candidates seeking long- or short-term work alike should get in touch. Important pre-requisites are a sporty background and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people with additional physical and emotional needs. The
Successful Candidates will ideally hold the following attributes:
" Flexible- In order to work around the schools requests and needs
" Professional- Always holds a professional manner.
" Confident- Able to take their own initiative in a new setting and when working with new students.
" Be able to remain calm in the face of a challenge
