We're looking for a committed Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Support students with special educational needs in a primary classroom setting. Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. Work alongside teachers to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and tailor teaching methods to cater to students' varied needs. Assist with classroom management and behaviour support. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students. Requirements: Prior experience in a Special Educational Needs setting. A positive attitude and proactive mindset. Dependability and dedication to consistently supporting students. Strong communication and people skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs. Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, finishing at 3:30 pm on Fridays. Salary: £93.48-£95.29 per day.
