Axcis Education Liverpool is looking for experienced SEN TA for a St Helens Primary School to support on a regular basis. This mainstream school has a number SEN children ranging from high functional ASC to complex needs with personal care. I am looking for TA's who are flexible in their approach with the ability to adapt easily and support where needed. You will be supporting the teacher and students with daily routine tasks, class room activities and helping to promote social interaction and independence, whilst demonstrating sensitivity, understanding and patience at all times.
As a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for assisting Children either on a 1:1 basis or within a group. You will support individual needs depending on the SEND condition, working with children within the classroom and sometimes other activities during break and lunch times. Providing notes to the teachers, supporting the Teachers lesson plans and working with the child to develop their education. Our client is looking for temporary staff when required for day 2 day and long and short term bookings.
This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check, references and compliance by Axcis Education.
