SEND Teaching Assistant required to support year 5 students with Cerebral Palsy! - London - West - Role: SEN TA Jobs
One of our fantastic primary schools in Brent area is seeking a learning support assistant to support a male student with Cerebral Palsy.
This role will be on a full-time basis from now until at least July 2018, with interviews taking place immediately.
You will be required to support students with cerebral palsy in year 5 with some slight behaviour difficulties on a 1-1 or group-work basis.
This position will be full time with a prompt start time at 8.20am. There is also the opportunity for the right person to be taking on permanently.
Within the role you will have to work closely with the Head teacher, class teachers, your team and most importantly the student's parents.
This school welcomes applicants that don't have much experience but require SEND Teaching Assistant's that are ready to dive straight in with an exceptional can do flexible approach to the position.
You must have great literacy skills and to liaise with the students parents effectively.

- Proven SEND Experience OR a willingness to gain experience.
- Able to provide a fun and interactive environment for the students.
- Experience supporting students with Cerebral palsy.
- Able to fully commit for a year long contract starting Oct 2017.
