I have an NAS school in West London looking for several full time TAs to join them ASAP.
They provide an education to primary, secondary and post 16 students on the autism spectrum.
They have several sites around West London including Southall and Acton .
They are looking for full time ( Mon to Fri), long term, SEND teaching assistants who will eventually become permanent staff members. They can offer career progression so if you are looking for an opportunity to grow within the SEND profession then this is the role for you. Many SEND Tas at the school have gone on to work as Unqualified Teachers and eventually SEND Teachers- with the help of this school.
They are looking for the following :
Candidates who can work Monday to Friday , long term and ideally looking to secure a permanent role with the school.
Candidates who can work from 8.30am to 4.45pm everyday.
Candidates who have experience supporting students on the autistic spectrum as well as those with complex needs.
Candidates who are will to provide personal care when needs be.
Intense training will be provided by the school.
When you become a permanent staff member the salary will range from £14,000 t £17,000 depending on your role. This is the starting salary and based on performance can increase.
To start off with through the agency, your daily pay rate will range from £65 to £75 per day.
