OUR REFERENCE:
Axcis/067947
DETAILS:
We are looking to recruit a confident SEN Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to work within a local Junior school.
You will be required to support the Teacher both in and outside of the classroom.
The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work on a day to day supply basis and have experience of working with SEN pupils.
You will be enthusiastic and creative in your approach and be able to implement behaviour management techniques when required, as some of the students have EBD.
The use of MAKATON and PECS are required on a regular basis as some of the students are non-verbal and low functioning. The ability to make inclusion a reality for all students with ASD and make a contribution to developing their learning and social skills is essential.
A current DBS is essential.
