SEBD Teaching assistant - Greater Manchester - Role: SEN TA Jobs
Role: Teaching Assistant needed for Mainstream Secondary Education, preferably with ASC and ADHD experience.
Rate: From £70 per day
Duration: Long term. Approx 6 months

I am looking for strong candidates with experience with challenging behaviour.
Axcis Education Liverpool are working together with a mainstream secondary school who are looking for a 1:1 TA to support with a student who can show challenging behaviour. Ideally we are looking for TA's with experience dealing with KS3 students displaying challenging behaviour, ASC and ADHD. You will be supporting this child in their alternative prevision and supporting them with core subjects while keeping to daily routine tasks, class room activities and helping to promote social interaction and independence, whilst demonstrating sensitivity, understanding and patience at all times.
Team Teach, Mappa or Pace training will be a definite advantage, however if you have the right experience we will be able to support with Team Teach training. Please ask me for more details.
This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check, references and compliance by Axcis Education.
