Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants at our esteemed Agricultural College in Mottingham, starting September 2024. • Full time (9am – 4pm) term time only • Pay rate - £14.66 per hour • Starting September 2024 As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll have the unique opportunity to combine your love for animals and the outdoors with your passion for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Facilitating outdoor learning experiences, you'll play a vital role in creating a dynamic and inclusive educational environment where every student can thrive. Key Responsibilities: • Provide tailored support to students with SEND, both in traditional classroom settings and in outdoor learning environments. • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement engaging learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of students. • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes independence, confidence, and social interaction. • Utilize the unique resources of our agricultural setting to enhance students' learning experiences and encourage exploration and discovery.
