KS4 teacher for an alternative provision in South Bristol - Bristol - Role: SEN Teacher Jobs
Our client is a small charity run school in the Bristol area, who cater for students with social, emotional and mental health needs. They primarily work with students who are at risk of exclusion and those who have experienced difficult personal situations.
They are currently seeking a key stage four teacher, ideally with a subject specialism of English or science, however, they are open to applications from a range of subject specialisms. The most important thing is the experience of candidate, which must be in an SEMH environment. This role is also open to applications from experienced candidates who don't hold QTS.
The role will include:
Teaching students in small groups of up to 7 students
Leading the curriculum planning of your particular subject specialism
Teaching a range of courses and curriculum content- such as functional skills maths and English
Leading community activities
Helping students find appropriate future employment and/or training
If you have a current DBS and the relevant skills, please express interest. This is a permanent, full time position.
