Deputy Head Teacher needed in an alternative provision in Exeter
Axcis are currently recruiting a deputy head teacher for an alternative provision in Exeter.
The role will be full time and initially a long term supply role, however, this has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The school caters for students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health NEEDS (SEMH), Autism and Asperger's Syndrome. The age range is 5-18 with the view of increasing the age to 18+ in some circumstances to ensure a continuity of education. The school has a number of sites across the Devon area.

The ideal candidate:
"Will be a qualified teacher, both primary and secondary trained colleagues are welcome to apply
"Have experience of leadership and management, this would be an ideal role for someone will strong middle leadership experience or assistant headship experience who is looking to develop
"Candidates who have experience of working in a small school with children with SEMH difficulties would be encouraged to apply, however, those without this specific experience would also be welcome
