Key Responsibilities: • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers. • Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour. • Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher. • Support students in their learning activities. • Uphold the school’s policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive environment. Requirements: • Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively. • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings. • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
