This school in the heart of Bolton, they are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational Behaviour Support Mentor with a passion for children's development in learning and the ability to enthuse and engage students to join our school.
Behaviour Support Mentor
We are looking for a determined, hard working behaviour support mentor who can work at a successful, fast paced school. The school is well-resourced and has a fantastic atmosphere.
The successful candidate needs to have previous experience in a mentoring role, one to one, group work and classroom support. You will be required to liaise with parents and other services, and therefore will need to be an effective communicator.
You will have sound subject knowledge and strong literacy and numeracy skills to be able to fully support the pupil.
The job role consists of behaviour management, numeracy/literacy support, pastoral care, delivering a range of activities and liaising with families. There will be opportunity to grow and develop, with training and guidance offered by the school’s SENCO and lead inclusion practitioner.
