Role: Teaching Assistant (Special Needs Support) Responsibilities: Join a team of dedicated educators, therapists, and professionals to provide exceptional support to students with special needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll offer one-on-one or small group assistance during classes and specialised learning sessions. You'll implement Individualised Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioural plans, fostering a safe and inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and growth. Requirements: We value your previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially in supporting individuals with special needs. Your compassion, patience, and ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues will be essential. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching and support methods are vital. Relevant certifications or qualifications in Special Education or a related field are advantageous.
