Do you have experience of working with children who display challenging behavior or BESD? This PRU is looking for TAs / LSAs to work one-to-one or supporting the teacher. You should have at least 6 months experience in this field and/or have a teaching assistant qualification NVQ 2 or 3 or the equivalent. Ideally you should also have a qualification, awareness or be interested in Team Teach or other behavior management program.
