A special school in the Hampshire area is looking for an experienced teacher to start full time in September. The pupils at the school are all on the Autistic spectrum and some are non verbal and very low on the National curriculum levels so understanding of Makaton and PECS would be a huge advantage. The role is open to primary, secondary and post 16 trained teachers as long as they have the enthusiasm and desire to work with Autistic children who can be very challenging physically.
