We are looking for a Teacher with a diverse background to work within a hospital school. The Hospital School works with pupils aged 4 - 19 who are patients within the hospital. This position is for a qualified teacher only.
The suitable candidate must:
-Be a qualified teacher that holds QTS and is registered with the GTC
-Have previous teaching experience
-Be available to start ASAP
-Be willing to teach a broad range of subjects at GCSE (with support from subject teachers within the hospital school)
- Be well motivated with a degree of maturity in dealing with emotional distress
- Be able to liaise effectively with parents and other professionals such as home school teachers.
-Be willing to work with the broader multi-disciplinary team within the hospital.
-Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
-Have the right to work in the UK.
-Have a fully enhanced CRB and list 99 clearance.
