A small transitional care unit in East London is looking for a TA who can help support the learning environment of vulnerable primary aged children in a secure environment.
They are looking for someone who has experience of working with primary aged pupils and communicating on their level.
The ideal candidate would need to be confident to engage with the children with the appreciation of their low emotional level of understanding.
Full support will be provided by the management team and long term possibilities at the school may be available to the ideal candidate.
A sense of humour and experience in working with vulnerable children are a must.
