An exceptional special school in the Berkshire for children of all ages are looking for a higher level teaching assistant to work with pupils with special needs of varying ages. The needs of the children are very complex with physical difficulties, PMLD, SLD and some EBD. It is a very friendly and supportive atmosphere and the school is very well equipped. Experience working as an HLTA or TA is essential, but a proactive and caring work ethic is essential. Ideally they seek someone to start in September. You need to be clear speaking in English as many of the children find communication quite difficult. Applications will not be accepted without a clear and current CV and recent work references. The school is accessible from Central and West London by train as well as the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area.
You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role.
