Axcis Education is looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage a special educational needs (SEN) desk in the Midlands area starting in Jul/Aug 2012.
You will be expected to do an acceptable amount of business development using a combination of sales calls, client visits and marketing, and will have clear and achievable targets to work towards. You will be responsible for sourcing top quality candidates for special needs roles in your area, and will need to be personable and approachable in order to develop good rapport with candidates and contacts within schools.
In addition to your competitive base salary you will earn commission immediately, and will be eligible for bonuses based on performance.
Axcis Education is looking for a driven and versatile person who works well in a team, but is also able to self-motivate. You would be working as part of a fun, friendly and supportive team and it is essential that you are the right person to continue this well balanced atmosphere.
To be successful in the role of recruitment consultant means being able to work to deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and paying attention to details while displaying the ability to listen and act effectively. You will need to be within easy travelling distance of the Birmingham NEC due to regular 7.30am starts, and must have excellent written and spoken English skills.
