Head Teachers

We are seeking outstanding headteachers who have a proven track record of leading high achieving and successful schools. Our schools begin operating as primary schools but expand into senior programmes in the second or third year of development.

The role requires excellent interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills. The ability to deal with very specific, detailed and important tasks whilst at the same time working independently and under real pressure is essential. Calmness, pride in work achieved, a sense of humour and the willingness to be target driven are all essential qualities as is the ability and commitment to strive for excellence in education within our schools.

Candidates should have prior successful headship experience together with an excellent understanding of current national curriculum developments and associated educational issues.
