The Board of Governors invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced senior teachers for the above job. The vacancy arises as a result of the present Head's retirement.
The school is one of the leading independent girls' schools in England with a pupil roll of 400. The age range is from 2 - 18, with the Nurseries being co-educational.
The appointment calls for a high level of professional expertise, management and communication skills. We are seeking someone who will have a clear vision for the school's future with the ability to implement it. The successful candidate will require to demonstrate a record of leadership, initiative and sound organisation, and should be aware of the challenges and requirements of the independent sector.
