Supply teachers working for Axcis are always prepared and able to work effectively on short notice. They have lesson plans relevant to their age groups and are all aware of the National Curriculum Requirements.
- Pre-booking temporary cover - If you know of a pending vacancy please give us as much notice as possible. This will allow us to find the best teacher and ensure they are fully prepared.
Vetting procedures
Our procedures follow the REC / DfES Quality Mark guidelines for vetting staff in schools. Every supply teacher on our books will have been:
- Personally interviewed
- Received two satisfactory professional references
- Received medical clearance
- Received List 99 clearance
- Checked for a criminal record and cleared
- Had their identity confirmed
- Had their qualifications checked thoroughly
