I just thought I would take a few minutes to tell you, although you already know, how good Kelly is. As a nation we are very quick to tell people how bad things are but we rarely comment on the good things.
Kelly is so perceptive of the temps that we needed and really got every one of them right. She is helpful with invoice and timesheet problems and always gets them sorted out immediately. I have phoned her twice now for emergency cover and she has had the person there within an hour or so of me calling. That's what I call service!!
We currently have four temps from Axcis and everyone has brought their own values to the positions they do. Axcis is our first port of call for all temps and permanent staff, and if Kelly can't help then she is honest and tells us that. That's an honesty that a lot of recruitment agencies lack and they send any old person in as it's a booking but that's why we always go to Kelly first with all our requirement needs.

I confirm that I regularly use Axcis Education Recruitment for our special needs secondary school.
Charlton school is a special needs school catering for 11-19 year old students with a wide range of special needs. The school is split into three specialist areas: Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Complex Needs and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
We also have a Post 16 department, and some of our students do attend colleges on certain days of the week to get them ready for when they leave us.
I have found Axcis staff and Kelly Woollard in particular to be very friendly and accommodating for our needs, which can be very challenging for her to find the right staff for our students needs.
All staff that I speak to on the telephone at Axcis are polite and courteous and always willing to help if Kelly is unavailable.

As Manger of a Hospital and Home Tuition Service, I have had many dealings with Axcis through consultant Jean Wilson. This has included employing both temporary supply teachers and Teaching Assistants.
The H&HTS is a very unique setting, and requires a particular type of person who has an understanding of working with children and young people with medical needs, including mental health. Jean shows she has a clear understanding of our requirements, and has even sourced a teacher from Kent to cover a specific subject area for an individual pupil.
After dealing with several other agencies, who have provided inappropriate people, or none at all, I have found Axcis to be of a high standard.
Staff referred are usually appropriate, and a wide variety of CVs forwarded for each post. Staff employed are always of a high standard, and I am currently looking at extending the initial contracts of both a teacher and teaching assistant currently working in the service.
Jean is always easy to contact, and Axcis as a service very easy to deal with. Any delays with submitting timesheets are promptly chased up, and invoices sent regularly.
I am very happy with the service provided by Jean and Axcis, and will continue to work with them in the future.

Every morning that I get the “call” from a member of our staff saying that they will not be in school due to sickness, I no longer have that dreaded “oh no” feeling. Instead, I just contact you and somehow you always manage to find somebody for me.

I have been working with Jean from Axcis since last October and have nothing but praise for the team and the way I have been treated.
